  2. Long ago, there was a man who lived in a village. One day, he went to a market and did some shopping. He suddenly found two boxes. Both the two boxes were very beautiful and the man fell in love with them at first sight. So he bought them.

  3. Dick often goes traveling in the summer holidays and almost always has a good time. But he was out of luck this summer.

    He went to an old temple(庙) on a high mountain by himself. On his way there,  it began to rain hard and he went down the mountain as soon as possible.     I'm very happy to be your guest speaker today. It's a great pleasure to visit your school and meet all of you here.

    I would like to tell you about myself. I am a reporter. I chose this job so I could travel the world, but the job has taught me many lessons. My work is sometimes boring. But most of the time, it is wonderful. I saw wars, earthquakes, and death. But I have also seen courage, hope, and happiness.
