Last week I went to a movie, it was very touching. It was a sad movie about a mother and her sons. When the child was a little boy, the mother was very poor that she had to send him to a rich couple which had no children. The boy received a very good education and twenty years later he became doctor. In his hospital, he has a patient, who was an old lady. He didn’t care too much about her, for she could hardly afford for the medical care. One evening, the lady died quietly of a serious illness and on her bed the doctor found a letter, in it he discovered the truth and felt the love of a great mother. He wanted to call her “mom”, and it was too late. Everybody in the theatre was moving to tears.

Walter’s goal in life was become a successfully doctor. He knew he had to finish high school first, so he put his heart into her studies----in particular, biology, chemistry and maths. Because he worked hard at these subjects, Walter became good at it. However, Walter forgot that he needed to master some other subjects beside those he had been chosen. As a result, Walter fails in both English and Chinese in the end of the second school year. But he had to repeat these subjects and he was almost unable to graduate like planned. One day when I was still a primary school pupil, I got back home after school and find Daddy sitting in a chair reading. “Daddy, there is going to have a parents’ meeting this evening, you’re requiring to attend it,” I said to him with a low voice. Hearing this, Daddy started to comb his hair. When anything was almost ready, I begged him to take me with him. So he did it.
