Take the taxi driver as an example. Taxis in Finland are mostly high- class Bens with a fare (车费) of two US dollars a kilometer. The Finnish workers are paid by the hour. But to my surprise, they can remember everything so clearly that the workers only need to say how many hours they have worked and they will be paid by their boss.
