After the college entrance examination, most students will face a serious question: Should they choose a good major and a good university first? Some students preferred to consider majors first so that they can learn which they are interested in. This will make it possible for them to take their most favorite job in the future. Therefore, those who think differently believe that the learning environment is important and graduates from a leading university is more likely to find good jobs.

In my opinions, the best choice is a good major at a good university. If we cannot obtain all, the first thing to consider is a good major, because wherever they study, we can still achieve a lot in a certain field if we try our best.

During the summer holidays in this year, I thought I shall do something meaningfully instead of staying at home, but I got a job at a KFC fast-food restaurant and worked there as a cleaner. I worked seven hours a day for three weeks. The job was hard and bored and seemed endless, that made me very tired that I nearly gave it up half way. After all, I stick to it with determination. Every day I started off for work early in the morning and got home lately in the evening. Finally I finished the job before the new term began. Now, I understand what labor means. I think it is really successful experience.

I want to work as a tour guide after my graduation from college. The first reason is that I can devote myself for work after years of hard learning. I’m writing to tell you about how we students use computers in our daily lives. Some use them in a good way when some others don’t. As far as I am concerned, more and more students now use computers help with their study. If we meet some difficulties when they are doing their homework, they always got help from the Internet. To spend their spare time, they look for more informations with the computers to have much more knowledge. At the same time, however, the great number of students are still so interested in PC games and chatted with others on the Internet that they can not force themselves to return to their study. They are really in dangerous. That is how we mainly use computers. They can either do good and harm to us.

Ladies and gentlemen,
Welcome to our English Corner. This Corner was set up three years before. Every Sunday morning, students from different schools gather around here. Many college students or some foreigners often join us. We practise spoken English by talk about everything we are intrersted. We also exchange our experience in English study. This term we have a new English teacher, Mr. Zheng, which often says, “A good teacher

I have a plenty of plans for the winter vacation. But my friend Wang Lin doesn’t have any. She just stays at home watching TV. “Don’t you look forward reading good books during the vacation?” I ask her this morning. Mike was a small boy, whom hated soap and water. Three or four time every day his mother asked him to wash his dirty hands.
