Get some sleep  Getting enough sleep is important to your health. Because when we get enough sleep our bodies can work at their best. For example, after a good sleep, it’s easier to make healthy decisions about our life. Here is a simple tip to help you get more sleep — go to bed a few minutes early before you sleep.
