An old man sat on a train. He just went to visit and he was going back to his hometown.
He was looking at the new shoes and he was very happy his son bought the shoes for him. , one of the shoes fell out of the window of the train . The people around him all thought it was a pity (遗憾). So the people on the train all said to him. “Don’ ! It’s only one shoe; you still have the other shoe.” But their surprise, the old man the other shoe out of the window. A woman next to him asked him, “ Why did you do that? It’s new.”

An old man went to India. When he got there, he saw a lot of fruit for sale, but much of it was very expensive. Only a big basket of red fruit was cheap.
“How much per kilo?” the old man asked.
“Two rupees (卢比),” the shopkeeper answered. Two rupees in India is almost nothing. So the old man bought a kilogram and started eating them.
