I think there is no need to do homework in primary school. Some research has shown that students' grades do not improve when they have a lot of homework. This means they are w1. their time. So why not let students do something they like? They can learn a musical instrument or read books. This at least allows them to master a s2. and broaden their horizons（视野）.
