Nowadays, it is very easily to find a student who is nearsighted. What’s worse, the number of nearsighted students are still increasing. From my point of view, there are many reason that can cause nearsightedness. First of all, the wrong posture will result from nearsightedness. Read in the dark places can lead to nearsightedness as well as. Moreover, too much reading without a rest can be other important reason. My dear friends, it is high time that we paid attention to protect our eyes. The most useful method is do eye exercises more often and relax for a while after reading. Boys and girls! I’d like to share my swimming experience with you. My swimming experience is extreme interesting. There was a time when I swim like a rock. This went on till one day when I was fishing with a friend of mine at the pond. I slipped into it. Had my friend not come to my rescue, I would have drowned. Since then, I had come to know the important of learning to swim. I didn’t attend at any training class but learned it all by myself. Strange to say, I have no difficult swimming at all now. Though the way I swim looks awkward (笨拙的), at least it can keep me floating. Think of this, I feel quite satisfying.

Recently, more and more schools have set up special organizations calling “Waking Up Club”. They aim to encourage students get up early in the morning. Time flies! This is a third year that I have been in this school. In the past two and a half years, our school had organized many activities. What impressed me best was an activity called “Learning to Farm”. In an autumn afternoon, we were sent to a farm which we learned to plant potatoes. Having been in the city for so a long time, we were so happy to go to the countryside. After divided into three groups, we started to work. In recently years many young people prefer to go shopping on the Internet. People have different opinion about online shopping. Some think online shopping was more convenient and the goods are cheap. The first day we go to high school, our head teacher told us the news which we needed to take the military training. We were all shocking at the news, because of it was so hot outside. How terribly it was! The next day, we met our training instructor, who were young and handsome. He was strict, but humorous, telling him jokes when we rested. At night, he asked us to sing military songs. We even competed with other teams. The days of the military trainings were beautiful ,and we found a training was not that hard. We became stronger and made friends to our military instructor.
