On a cold winter night, it was snowing heavily, a bus with 45 passenger had an accident because of the wet road. And all of them were trapping in the bus and what was worse, the bus ran out gas and it was very cold in it. They could do nothing but to wait for help. A man who lived nearby saw that had happened. He and some villagers managed to open the door and helped all of them out of bus. He took them to his home but offered food and water and even some warm clothes to the children. They spent two days in their home and finally help come. All of them were thankful with his help.

I love camping. It is my favorite way to spent the summer vacation. Last year, my family and I went camping in the countryside. It was one of the most excited experiences I had never had. We slept in a tent and went on a long walk every day. We cook over a fire and the food always tasted wonderfully.

In my memory, my hometown was small village, but it was beautiful. When I was young, I was liked swimming in the river. The water was so clean that I could see fishes in them. As I missed my hometown, I go back home last week. Unlucky, I found the place in my memory was not like that it was. The water was dirt and the river was polluted so seriously! I couldn’t believe it. In the past my hometown was used to be a beautiful place. Thick trees and green grass could be seen in everywhere. In order to build house and grow more crops, people cut down more and more trees. With time went on, the whole forest was almost destroyed. Gradually the green hills have changed into wasteland. As a result, sandstorms struck us now and then, which we suffer a lot. But I do hope all the people should realize the terribly result of not caring about our environment. What's more, they should take good care of the forests and plant trees instead cutting them down to improve our living conditions.

I’m a huge book-lover but like sharing my love for books! So I’ve been bought books constantly. Finishing reading one book, I placed it in or around my school so that some of my schoolmate can enjoy themselves when reading it I especial like placing it on a stone table in the little garden in that students might have time to take a rest. I was delighted an other day when I saw a card left on the table to say thanks. And from the card, I knew my book turned out of to be a birthday gift for a strange girl. Last summer vacation was my most pleasant one. My parents and I had made at our to Xi’an. Instead of having a travel agency arranging our transportation and accommodation, we booked the train tickets and hotel rooms on the Internet by us. During our tour in Xi’an, we went to many places of interests and took lots of photos, learned about the history of Xi’an. No tourists would miss the local food in Xi’an, so would we. Encouragement, what is a kind of power, is very important.
Failing my English exam once got me casting down. My teacher encouraged me not to lose hearts. He said it was no big deal to fail a exam and what mattered was to figure out the reasons instead of feeling sorry for me. I looked into my English paper and realized that the reason why I failed was because I had two weeks’ sick leave. So I made up for the lessons I have missed and my efforts was paid off in the following exams.
