Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

2 spoons of unsalted butter

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic, minced (切成末的)

10 cups of canned crushed tomatoes (10杯罐装碎番茄)

5 cups of homemade chicken stock

1/2 cup of half-and-half beer (混合啤酒)

salt and freshly ground black pepper (鲜碎黑椒)

Method:

1.Melt .butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat .Add onion and garlic,

and cook, stir (搅拌) , until translucent (半透明的) , about 6 minutes .

2.Add tomatoes ,stock,and bring to a boll. Reduce heat,and simmer「(慢炖)

gently until thickened (变浓) , about 45 minutes.

3Slowly add haw-and-half,stir constantly. season (调味) with salt and pepper .
