Eat breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of a day. Some people don't eat breakfast to be thinner. But they can't get the result they want. The body will burn calories(卡路里) slower and what's worse, people may get overweight.

Learn about your body

Ask yourself if you are really hungry. Have a glass of water to see if you are thirsty. Sometimes you are just thirsty and you need no food. Eat dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. So your body can digest (消化) most of the food before you rest comfortably.
