Whole Wheat Apple Pancake

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 eggs

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

2 large apples

1 cup of butter

DIRECTIONS:

Stir (搅拌) the flour and salt in a large bowl. Pour eggs and oil in. Mix the apples in.

When both sides have a light brown color, the pancake is ready. Heat the butter over a medium heat and add it to the pancake. It makes the pancake taste more delicious.
