Many of us keep asking the question. What is personal development? It simply means that you do a daily activity to improve your day-to-day performance. Self-development or personal growth also covers a broad set of areas. There is the habit of never leaving a question unanswered, and the habit of going through daily tasks and reviewing the progress of your goal would be of great benefit. Good habits can be inculcated (反复灌输) only in the formative years of one’s life and one mustn’t hesitate then.

Well, that is the secret of developing really good habits with a few clear values and not having to work at keeping them. Most habits need great efforts at their formative stage.
