In the early hours of the morning, Gary Miller was in his truck, traveling down the road alone to deliver. Everything seemed calm. Sandra Cisneros was born in Chicago in 1954 to a Mexican American family. The annual marathon in my town occurred as scheduled. My job was to follow behind the runners in an ambulance in case any of them needed medical attention.
