The fast development of Internet makes it convenient for people to have access to the latest information all over the world, which broadens people’s horizons. However, sometimes the Internet is abused by some to spread rumors(谣言) on purpose, resulting in side effect on people’s life. Therefore, The Internet Society of China(ISC) released(出台) a written proposal last Monday which demanded of Internet companies and websites to strengthen self-discipline and prevent the spread of online rumors.
Three major websites in China voiced their solutions Tuesday to fighting against online rumors in response to the warning on Monday.
Chiefs of sina.com, baidu.com and qq.com have promised the government that they will firmly cooperate with relevant departments to deal with the online spreading of rumors, saying they will improve self-management and take effective measures toward this goal.
Microblogging websites should not be a hotbed for spreading of rumors, said a chief of sina.com, which operates the country's most popular microblogging site Weibo.com. He said Sina is making efforts to control the release of contents on Weibo.com and improve its ability to find out and remove rumors posted on it.
Weibo.com and another major Chinese microblogging site qq.com stopped their comment functions from March 31 to April 3 after they were punished for allowing rumors to spread.
A chief from Baidu.com said it was calling off the information that’s not lawful or legal in its search results and it would further increase technical and manpower investment to remove disinformation.
The website qq.com is learning from the past experience and bettering the safety strategy for its microblogging service to further prevent the spreading of online rumors through microblogging sites, said an unnamed chief from qq.com.
The measure has received widespread support from users and chances are that a cleaner and safer net environment will take shape.

请阅读下面图片和文字,并按照要求用英语写一篇 150 词左右的文章。
Today with the development of technology, people own all kinds of mobiles phones. Wherever you go, it’s not uncommon to see people obsessed with mobile phones, taking photos, watching videos online, or getting caught up in checking or updating their WeChat Moments. Our life seems to have been taken over by mobile phones and we live in a virtual world created by mobile phones, where we no longer have intimate( 亲 密 的 )conversations that bring belly laughs.
Well aware that the overuse of phones will hurt relationships, many people have had enough of this non-interaction, especially when getting together or over meals, and changes are being made at houses. Many Chinese families set a strict “no phones at the dinner table” policy, which hopefully will stop their kids from becoming addicted to mobile phones and prevent more digital invasion of our personal space.
(写作内容)
1. 用约 30 个词概述上述图片和文字的内容;
2. 用约 120 个词就”餐桌上禁用手机”这一话题,谈谈你的看法,内容包括:
(1) 简要阐述这种做法的必要性;
(2) 结合实际,就如何避免沉迷于手机提出几点建议(不少于两点)。

With the development of society,it is common that many people are rushing all the way and all day,tired and subhealthy.A patient came to see me about the stress in her life.1.One was to make her bed—from the moment she woke up until she flew out of the door for work.I suggested she experiment by not making her bed for two weeks. She was shocked,probably thinking I'd been brought up by wolves in a forest.2.
Two weeks later she went into my office merrily.She had left her bed unmade for the first time in 42 years—and nothing bad had happened."And you know what?"she said.“I don't dry my dishes anymore,either.”
3.One was discovering that she had choices in her life that she had never seen before.The other was giving herself permission to be less than perfect.This story shows an important principle about managing time: No one can do it all.Each of us has to make choices and accept trade-offs(利弊权衡).The problem is that many people choose in ways that put themselves and their health last.They take better care of their houses and cars than they do of themselves.4.
So what is the solution?There's an easy way.Decide what you want in your life,and put that first.On a daily basis,that should include regular meals,enough sleep and time with your family.Exercise,leisure,friendships and hobbies should also he regular aspects of life.5.The choice is yours: whatever makes you feel good about yourself and your life.Take a nap.Take a walk.Take time to play the piano.Stop bringing your briefcase home from the office. Stop keeping your house as clean as your mother kept hers.Fill more of your time with want-to-dos instead of have-to-dos.
A.However,she went along with my idea.
B.She described all the things she had to do.
C.This woman had made two major breakthroughs.
D.Most people do not take time to relax themselves.
E.They put everyone else's needs ahead of their own.
F.The point is to do something for yourself every day.
G.Above all,you needn't do anything for yourself regularly.
