Homemade lemonade goes great with outdoor spring and summer entertaining. Follow the instructions to serve at your next picnic or barbecue.
1. This will make it easier to squeeze（挤）the juice from the fruit. Warm lemons by placing in the microwave. First poke（刺） the skin of the lemon with a fork, being careful not to poke all the way through the skin to the flesh. Place the lemon(s) in the microwave on high for 20 to 30 seconds. 2.Allow them to sit in the hot water for 30 seconds.
After the lemons have been warmed, roll them on a solid surface. Keep rolling until you feel the flesh softening. After rolling the lemons, cut them in half crosswise. Place one half of the lemon on the juicer, apply pressure and twist the lemon to remove the juice. 3.
Remove all the seeds from the juicer once you have finished. The extra pulp（果浆）that has collected in the bottom of the juicer can be added to the lemon juice once the seeds have been removed, unless pulp-free juice is required. If it is necessary to use pulp-free juice, strain juice to separate any pulp that may have gotten into the juice.
In a saucepan, bring 
cup of water to a boil and then add 
cup of sugar. Continue to cook over medium low heat until sugar has completely dissolved. 4. Stir to mix thoroughly and then allow the mixture to cool. The lemon syrup can be stored in the refrigerator until needed or it can be mixed with water to produce lemonade.
5. Taste to test for sweetness and make necessary improvements. Refrigerate until chilled or serve over ice.

The Parks & Community Services Department presents free outdoor movies with popcorn at Bellevue Downtown Park this summer. Grab a blanket, a low-back chair, family, friends, neighbors or co-workers, and head to the park. Sponsored by Inome, films will be shown under the stars on a huge, 40-foot inflatable(可充气的) screen with a state-of-the-art projection(放映) and sound system.
The movie series begins on Tuesday, July 2, 2014. Activities, which last about one hour, begin at 8 pm before each movie, so come early, stake your ground and have some fun. Movies are family-friendly and carry a PG (parental guidance) rating.
Support a great cause; each movie night is accompanied by a different charity. Please bring suggested donated items to support the organization of the night. Your donations will make a difference to the poor, disabled and disadvantaged.

River rafting

Where to find: caving can be very risky, so consult local travel agents and go in groups with professional cavers．
Tips: Follow your guides; drink enough water to avoid dehydration（脱水） ; and wear strong and not easily damaged hiking boots．
Coastal walking/cycling and beach activities
For those who live far away from mountains, coastal regions and beaches are good places to spend time in the summer．With sea breezes in your hair, it is nice to take a hike or cycle ride while enjoying the coastline．If you want to be sportier, try beach games, such as soccer and volleyball．It's a totally different experience from playing on hard courts or grass．

Alice’s Adventure at Starlight Garden

This Christmas, New Town Plaza delivers a brand-new interactive digital version of the literary work. In particular, check out the seventh floor, with its bright lighting, glittering mirrors and rose-shaped decorations.

We Travel in Our Minds
