Australian bio-geneticist James Dale visited Uganda, a poor African country, in early 2000s. There, he found that 15-30 percent of children under 5 was at risk of going blind because of they did not get enough Vitamin A. Dale also learned that people there love bananas. They eat three to eleven bananas a day. So he came out with the idea to plant bananas containing added nutritions. He believed that these bananas could improve Ugandan’s healthy. Under the help of Bill Gates’ foundation, in 2014, Dale developed the “super banana”. He added a gene to the fruit, thus made it rich of Vitamin A. In June, “super banana” begins human trials in the US. This invention has helped to make the world better.

I am angry about the behavior of dishonest in exams. This doesn’t mean I’ve never cheated. I once write the answers on my hand for a history test, but unluckily caught by my teacher. Because she was one of my most favorites, there were no words to describe what sorry I felt at that time. I thought cheat would help me keep my straight A. Little I know that I was hurting not only me but also my teacher. Last week we held a heating discussion on which we should do for our school before we graduate. The students in our class have different suggestion. Everyone has a dream. We are on the way to achieve it whether the way is smooth or toughly. As senior 3 student, I have the same dream as my classmates that I can be admitted to an ideal university. In the past three years, I have done everything I can to equip myself with that I have learnt from my teachers. Not only have I enjoyed the pleasure of study but also I have got closer to my dream. Thank you for the lovely day we have with you. It was so kind for you to let us bring Anne's friend, Gina. Unfortunate, the only problem was the journey home. There had been a terrible accident on the highway and, for a result, there was a long line of traffic for at least six mile. In the end, we drove to a service station and waited there unless the road was clear. In the car park here Gina nearly got knocked over as car drove out far too quickly from behind a lorry. They finally dropped Gina off at her parents' and made our own way to home.

I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard my name calling. I was chosen to play the leading role in the play, that was my dream. Mike was one of my father’s younger brother. He has been died of cancer for two years. When I was a teenager, he taught us how to hunt in the woods used the hours before dawn. We usually left home at three o’clock in the morning, stayed in local restaurant for breakfast, and then travel on to one of his hunting destinations. Just after dawn, he would find the right spot in the woods. He would show me how not to make a sound and a movement.
