Well, I would say you have to be persistent first of all, because it’s a very hard thing to get into, and it’s very hard to make it because the odds are against you. So you have to really love it; kids who get into it because they think they’re going to make a lot of money or be famous or tell a lot of people what to do all the time will never make it. But if you’re obsessed with film and you love to tell stories and you love writing in that medium, then that will give you the strength to be persistent and make it happen.

I’ve never had writer’s block. I’m trying my luck because I’m hoping never to have it. As far as suggestions, I don’t know. If you write at the same time every day, your brain and your heart will be there, ready to go to work. It’s like how you eat at the same time over the course of the day – you should be available to write at the same time every day. If you have nothing to write, you should still write. Whether you write your name 100 times or describe a banana. If you write for five minutes, and you just get the words down, at least you’re doing something.

I would just say to persevere and find people who are safe and honest and who will give you tough love and guide you through, because you really can’t do everything on your own. You need love and support around you, and to believe that you will get past these hard times. You will overcome. Things will get better. Life is a series of ups and downs, and the good news is that when you’re in a low, it will always go up again. Life is not a free journey. There are a lot of lessons you have to learn along the way, but just appreciate the gift of it and find people who will be honest with you.

Become a doctor first because a writer doesn’t make a living – you have to support yourself and your family. But writing is a very individual thing. It’s like your fingerprint – on one else has exactly your style. I’ve never suffered. My life has been a series of small, everyday events. If I feel I have rendered on little bit of life in the most compelling language I can find and am satisfied with it, that is an event I cherish.

It is a long road after medical school and internship but my job is different every day and very interesting. Not everyone can do this job. Autopsies are very different from any other medical job. You have to have a very strong stomach and a strong interest in the science. If you decide you really like forensics (the work of scientists who examine evidence in order to help the police solve crimes) but don’t want to do autopsies there are lots of other things in the forensic field like the DNA labor various evidence – related specialties.

If you make a commitment to finish before a specific time, make sure that you carry that out, and be sure to do everything in the way you said you would, within the time-frame you set for yourself.

Carrying out an effective plan requires being as organized as possible. You will only achieve this by sticking to the order of the plan and not deviating or trying to do more at a time.

Last but not least, you should never abandon things mid-project. It will only annoy everyone around you including yourself. Unfinished plans are a waste of time, energy and, in some cases, even money.

Chronic disorganization occurs when one is habitually disorganized over a long period, which means the person is constantly unsystematic in how he conducts life and business. One first receives true awareness of the disorder of chronic disorganization when it starts to negatively affect relationships with friends and family members. Everybody becomes affected by this situation, especially those sharing living places with the one involved.

The National Study Group for Chronic Disorganization (HSGCD) recommends that one get help through a professional organizer. The study found that all of the subjects in the study had problems with making decisions. There were varied reasons given for this problem of decision-making. Among them were fears and prioritizing issues. Research is ongoing for the link between problems in decision-making and chronic disorganization.

Chronic disorganization often begins with situational disorganization, something most people experience at some point. Someone who has lost someone significant to him may start to be troubled by disorganization after a divorce. Someone who experienced changes in life and in his career may intend to let things like organization and order fall by the wayside. However, one doesn’t instantly have chronic disorganization.

“If you’re going through hell, keep going.” That’s an old saying that’s true about one’s struggles with chronic disorganization. Every person has the power to change within himself. It’s a matter of staying organized, one day at a time. Those who have left chronic disorganization in the past have often done so by promising to stay organized simply for that single day.

The International Coast Clean-up is an organization that is set up to help the environment in the worid，especially the areas near the waters．Recently，more than a half-million vulunteers are taking part in an international movement to comb the world’s shorelines for cigarette butts, bottle caps and any other rubbish they can find．

Cigarette butts are by far the most common item, with exactly 1.6 million picked up and counted in the last year’s clean-up．They were followed in numbers by food wrappers，plastic pieces，bottle caps and broken pieces of glass．The global event is held on the third Saturday of September．

Last year，the biggest volunteer army was in the Philippines，where nearly 300,000 people took part in the clean-up．With more than 7,000 islands，the Philippines is among the countries which have the largest shorelines．

“Around every main body of water，we have a rubbish problem，”said Sheavly，director of the Center for rubbish problem．Bad weather with some hurricane affected some plans，but thousands of volunteers were ready to go，she said．

About 20,000 divers are joining to clean up offshore rubbish，with major underwater efforts in the United States，the Philippines，Germany，Italy，Australia，Venezuela and EI Salvador．

Globally, less than 20 percent of shore rubbish clearly comes from the water. The most appears to come from land sourees.

Part of the effort is counting the rubbish．Volunteers carry cards to recond their collections，which will be piled and used for studies of how to settle the problem year-round.
