“An Uber self-driving car hit and killed a woman crossing the street in Arizona，U．S．，”police said on Monday，marking the first death caused by an autonomous vehicle and a potential blow to the technology expected to transform transportation．

Parents usually teach their children how to cross the street safely, by looking both ways for cars.1.The city of Honolulu, Hawaii wants everyone to learn that lesson.

2.Beginning on October 24, you will be fined from $15 to $99 if you step into a Honolulu street while looking at your phone.
