On Oct. 2, carpentry students from Harvard H. Ellis Technical High School（ET）in the United States were putting the finishing touches on a handicapped ramp（残疾人坡道）at Northeast Placement Services. “I knew I wanted a trade,” he said. “From day one, I thought carpentry was amazing.”

“There were a few tough people,” said Tristan Madden. “You have to learn to work with people.”

At the end of a job, there are just a few items to finish. Everyone else gets assigned clean-up duties.
